  • You will be escorted to main terminal immigration for clearance, followed by baggage belt for baggage collection.
  • Guest Relations Officer will coordinate with your assigned driver or receiving party at the arrival hall for pickup.

GATEWAY DEPARTURE

  • Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the curbside at main terminal, departure level.
  • You will be escorted to the check-in counters for baggage check-in and boarding pass collection.
  • You will then be escorted to the immigration counter for clearance and followed by the departure gate or preferred transit lounge.
  • GST refunds are available upon request

GATEWAY TRANSIT

FOR SAME CARRIERS OR FLIGHTS UNDER SAME ALLIANCE GROUP
  • Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the exit of the aerobridge.
  • You will be escorted to the preferred transit lounge or direct to departure gate. Additional event charge applies should there be an additional service required from lounge to departure gate.
  • Upon request, Guest Relations Officer will escort you to the transfer lounge for boarding pass printing.

GATEWAY TRANSIT

FOR DIFFERENT CARRIERS
  • Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the exit of the aerobridge.
  • You will be escorted to main terminal immigration for clearance, followed by baggage belt for baggage collection, then out to the arrival hall.
  • Depending on the connecting flight location, you will be escorted to a different terminal via sky train.
  • Guest Relations Officer will then escort you to the check-in counters for baggage check-in and boarding pass collection.
  • You will then be escorted to the immigration counter for clearance and followed by the departure gate or preferred transit lounge.
Do kindly note that the above service will be considered a 2 events charge.

QUAYSIDE ARRIVAL

  • Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the exit of the aerobridge.
  • You will be escorted via electric buggy to CIP Terminal for dedicated immigration clearance.
  • While you lean back and relax in our premium lounge, our baggage team will transfer your baggage from the main terminal to your designated limousine service at CIP Terminal.
  • Airport transfer can be arranged upon request.

QUAYSIDE DEPARTURE

  • Be greeted by our dedicated Guest Relations Officer at CIP Terminal.
  • While you lean back and relax in our premium lounge, our team will assist in all airport formalities including check-in and baggage handling.
  • You will be ushered to our dedicated immigration counter for clearance and to the departure gate or preferred transit lounge via electric buggy.
  • GST refunds are available upon request.

QUAYSIDE TRANSIT

  • Our team will assist in re-checking in the baggage and print the connecting flight boarding pass at CIP Terminal.
  • You will be ushered to our dedicated immigration counter for clearance and to the departure gate or preferred transit lounge via electric buggy.

JETSIDE ARRIVAL

  • Be greeted by a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (with personalized signage) at the exit of the aerobridge.
  • You will be escorted via private limousine through tarmac to CIP Terminal for dedicated immigration clearance.
  • While you indulge in a glass of champagne served by your personal butler within the private VIP suite, our baggage team will transfer your baggage from the main terminal to your designated limousine service at CIP Terminal.
  • Airport transfer can be arranged upon request.

JETSIDE DEPARTURE

  • Be greeted by our dedicated Guest Relations Officer at CIP Terminal.
